Shipping and Returns

The Customer may exercise his right of withdrawal (return), without being required to pay any compensation, within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order at the chosen address.

To exercise this same right, the Customer must indicate all his identification data and the item he intends to return. The communication may be made through our website, by telephone, by email, or by any other suitable and susceptible means of proof within the period indicated herein.

For the exchange or return of any product, it is mandatory that the item is in perfect condition, without having been used, washed, or having odors, in the same way as it was sold and accompanied by the respective label. The package must be returned complete, as delivered and accompanied by all documentation received.

There are no exchanges/returns of altered, washed, used items, or in any way damaged by misuse.

Upon receipt of the return, the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the item (not postage) will be due to the Customer. If you have used any discount/promotion, this amount will not be refunded, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

The method of refunding the amount depends on the type of payment made in the respective order. In the case of payments by credit card and PayPal, these will be credited to the respective accounts. In other cases, when NIB information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account.

The refund can be made within seven days, as long as it is guaranteed and the procedures set out in the exchange and returns policy are followed.

In the absence of any component of the article or if it is not in the proper conditions for its return, there will be no refund of the price or postage, and the product will be sent back to the original shipping address.
